Jinding Real Estate specialises in channel sales, sourcing and selling premium apartments, townhouses, and house/land packages in Melbourne, Sydney and the Gold Coast. We assist our clients with finance, mortgage and settlement arrangements.

Our first real estate branch opened in September 2017. Located on Bourke Street in Melbourne’s CBD the branch focuses on established real estate and premium off-the-plan projects. There are plans to open further branches in strategic Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane locations.

We coordinate groups of clients from China to visit Australia and showcase property investment opportunities. Jinding Real Estate can also organise customised tour groups for specific requirements. Since our inception in 2016, Jinding Real Estate has hosted over 60 groups with a total of over 700 individuals.
